The PD45S/PD45 printer features a sturdy, all-metal frame with minimal internal mechanical parts, making it durable and versatile for various settings. It is powered by an Arm Cortex-A7 800MHz processor with 128MB memory and DDR3 SDRAM, and supports both direct thermal and thermal transfer printing. Its industrial print head, dual sensor positioning technology, adjustable pressure bars, and double media guides ensure precise printing and paper feeding.

The PD45S model includes a 3.5″ full-touch color LCD and a 2.36″ keypad LCD, while the PD45 has a 2.36″ keypad LCD and LED Feed button. Both models allow easy replacement of the print head and front sensor. They support multiple printer command languages, simple driver installation, and easy configuration. The PD45S also offers a range of accessories and connectivity options, including wireless and parallel interfaces, and features such as peeling, rewinding, and cutting assemblies for various applications.
